Becoming a radical invokes ingenuity.
Without asking you to name something you have tried to change, think back at how many times you have tried to make a change. It’s not easy is it, after all if it was, most of us would be a lot less unhappy with our lives. I’m not saying we don’t think life isn’t that bad, but most of us have things we want to change.
I will use weight loss, as it was the one I worked on. I changed my diet, to cut calories and increase nutrition. I lost a few pounds, but one day of fast food, put me right back where I was before, almost as if my body was reacting to internal programming. So I had to change my lifestyle, walking more, eating better, drinking more water, then added running and a bit of weight lifting. So think about the issue you want to change, how have you tried before? Have you tried different methods, well perhaps it’s time to combine or alternate your methods. Our body and our minds tend to be like the farmer’s wagon, following the ruts in the road. So think of a way, to get out of the rut, then ways to avoid getting stuck in those same ruts.
So what can you do differently this time?
