Midlife crisis or long overdue change? Week 4
First of all my apologies, I wrote this on Saturday, had a phone call saved it as a draft, then forgot to click publish.
Last week was a week of doing a 10km walk everyday, no trip to the gum. I chose to hit the streets, paths, shoreline and hills. The hills were the challenging part, but necessary. This week is 3 trips to the gym, and 3 days of outdoor power walks. As to getting into shape my waist is now equal to my weight, each is at 91, 91cm for the waist and 91kgs. So my question does that mean I have achieved perfect symmetry and balance? 😛
Next week I will be adding some upper body strength training to my routine, as well as a few exercise to tone the middle, so any suggestions? Just please remember when making suggestions, I am 53 not 23.
