Today is World Animal Day.

It started since 1931 in Florence, Italy. The 4th of October was originally

chosen for World Animal Day because it is the feast day of Francis of Assisi, a nature lover and patron saint

of animals and the environment. World Animal Day has become a day for remembering and paying tribute to

all animals and the people who love and respect them.

I heard a true story from my colleague,  the cat being chopped off both of his hand and abandon in agony.

Luckily, a lady who rescued and adopted the cat and he survived until now, about 3 years.

Even though he can’t walk like normal cat but he can jump like kangaroo.

Whenever, his owner shared his story, she shed tears.
