From the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation:
Take some time to day to meditate, pray, or think about the challenges we face. Then do something today, even if it is as simple as giving a meal to a homeless person, donating some new socks or underwear to a shelter, clean up the litter on the public areas of the street you live on. It doesn’t have to be a big thing, but make an improvement to the world today, no matter how big or how small, they all add up. You might even find yourself smiling a little more.
